Walton on Thames Estate Agency, Rochills has been awarded Best Independent Lettings Agency for the second year in a row in the prestigious Surrey Property Awards in their 4^th annual award ceremony. After being voted for by the general public, Rochills received their award at Guildford’s, G-Live on the 21^st November. 

Rochills Lettings Director, Sarah Roccia, manages the agency with her husband Marcel Roccia - who between them offer their clients a staggering 57 years industry experience, told us, ‘we are extremely proud of our entire team and incredibly thankful to everyone who voted for us. One member of our team, Laura Griffin was also shortlisted for the ‘Property Professional of The Year’ award, which is a great honour for her after passing her examinations for the NFOPP Technical Award for Residential Selling earlier this year’.
